Du willst nicht nur zuschauen, wie Unternehmen entstehen, sondern sie mitbauen? Als Founders Associate (m/w/d) arbeitest du direkt mit den Gründern zusammen und übernimmst von Tag 1 an Verantwortung. Dein Fokus liegt auf Bereichen, die für unser Wachstum entscheidend sind: Expansion sowie Marketing, Growth & Kooperationen.

Deine Aufgaben Expansion; eigene Standorte & Lizenzpartner:

  • Du führst Markt- und Standortanalysen durch und beobachtest den Wettbewerb.
  • Du erstellst Business Cases und Finanzmodelle für neue Standorte.
  • Du entwickelst Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die nächsten Expansionsschritte.
  • Du begleitest Standort-Eröffnungen von der Planung bis zum Go-live.
  • Du unterstützt das Gründerteam direkt beim Aufbau und bei der Skalierung unseres Lizenzpartner-Modells.
  • Du identifizierst und gewinnst neue Lizenzpartner und erstellst die passenden Vertriebsunterlagen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit bestehenden Partnern zusammen, verstehst ihre Bedürfnisse und entwickelst operative Lösungen.
  • Du baust skalierbare Prozesse und Playbooks für Wachstum auf.

Marketing, Growth & Kooperationen:

  • Du baust Kooperationen mit Influencer:innen und Content Creator:innen auf und betreust sie, von der Auswahl über die Verhandlung bis zur Erfolgsmessung.
  • Du entwickelst unsere Social-Media-Strategie weiter und setzt sie um, etwa auf Instagram, TikTok und LinkedIn.
  • Du identifizierst strategische Partner wie Sportvereine, Fitnessstudios, Unternehmen und Ärzt:innen und baust gemeinsam mit ihnen Kooperationen auf.
  • Du planst Content und Kampagnen gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern.
  • Du entwickelst Kanäle und Kampagnen, die messbar Nachfrage erzeugen: für unsere Standorte (Patient:innen) und für unser Partnermodell (Lizenzpartner).
  • Du baust Funnels von der ersten Ansprache bis zur Conversion auf und optimierst sie.

Performance Marketing & Testing:

  • Du konzipierst Performance-Marketing-Tests, setzt sie um und wertest sie aus.
  • Du baust Landingpages, um Marketing-Hypothesen schnell zu validieren.
  • Du erstellst Marketingmaterialien mit KI (Ads, Creatives, Copy).

Du analysierst Kampagnen und Vertriebsprozesse und optimierst sie datenbasiert.

Darüber hinaus:

  • Du treibst strategische und operative Projekte eigenständig voran.
  • Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenzial in allen Unternehmensbereichen und setzt es um.

  • Ein überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Studium an einer führenden Wirtschaftshochschule, z. B. HSG St. Gallen, WHU, Universität Mannheim oder vergleichbar
  • Sehr starkes analytisches Denken und sehr gute Excel- bzw. Google-Sheets-Kenntnisse
  • Interesse an Marketing und Growth; erste Erfahrung mit Performance Marketing ist ein Plus
  • Eine starke Affinität zu KI-Tools und neuen Technologien
  • Eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Mindset und hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Lust, Dinge schnell voranzubringen, und Freude an Verantwortung
  • Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft, dich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Partnern und Gründern

Berufserfahrung? Wir sind offen für: Option A: Direkt von der Uni mit starken Praktika (Startups, VC, Beratung etc.) Option B: 1–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung (Startup, Consulting, PE/VC, Growth)
