Atividades:

  • Conduzir processos seletivos completos para cargos de apoio, técnicos e de gestão, além de seleções internas.
  • Criar estratégias de recrutamento ágeis para vagas operacionais e de volume.
  • Desenvolver ações de atração e fortalecer nossa marca empregadora, buscando novos canais e fontes de talentos.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de R&S (tempo de fechamento, qualidade das contratações, aderência e turnover) e transformar dados em planos de ação.
  • Atuar lado a lado com os gestores como parceiro(a) estratégico(a) nas decisões de contratação.
  • Apoiar tecnicamente nosso time de Assistentes de Recrutamento.
  • Participar de projetos de onboarding, desenvolvimento, clima e cultura junto aos demais subsistemas de Gente e Cultura.

Qualificações:

  • Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de RH ou áreas afins.
  • Experiência sólida em Recrutamento e Seleção, incluindo vagas de diferentes níveis (operacional, técnico e gestão).
  • Experiência com recrutamento em volume.
  • Domínio de entrevista por competências e de ferramentas de avaliação.
  • Experiência com acompanhamento e análise de indicadores de R&S.
  • Bom domínio de Excel/Google Planilhas.
  • Vivência com ATS (sistemas de recrutamento) e com employer branding.
