Buscamos um profissional com experiência em Recrutamento e Seleção para conduzir processos seletivos de diferentes áreas e níveis da Mundo Planalto e estruturar a jornada de integração de quem chega.

Precisamos de alguém que entenda o desafio de cada posição, busque profissionais, avalie com profundidade, oriente os gestores e acompanhe a contratação e a adaptação. A posição também será responsável pelos projetos Anjo dos Escolhidos e Todos Hunting, conectando atração, acolhimento e integração.

Responsabilidades

  • Alinhar com os gestores o perfil, as responsabilidades, as entregas e os requisitos das vagas;
  • Conduzir processos seletivos completos, incluindo divulgação, hunting, triagem, entrevistas, avaliações e acompanhamento das decisões;
  • Elaborar pareceres que apresentem evidências de aderência, resultados profissionais e pontos de atenção;
  • Realizar checagem de referências quando aplicável;
  • Organizar agendas, cobrar retornos e manter candidatos e gestores informados;
  • Acompanhar propostas e encaminhar as informações necessárias à formalização das contratações;
  • Mapear, estruturar e implantar o processo de onboarding, definindo etapas, responsáveis, prazos e registros;
  • Coordenar a preparação para a chegada, acompanhando documentação, equipamentos, acessos e agenda com DP, TI e gestor;
  • Organizar a integração institucional e acompanhar a integração à função, sob responsabilidade do gestor;
  • Coordenar o acompanhamento dos primeiros 90 dias, coletando avaliações, identificando dificuldades e acompanhando as ações necessárias;
  • Conduzir o projeto Anjo dos Escolhidos, articulando os participantes e acompanhando as ações de acolhimento e adaptação;
  • Conduzir o Todos Hunting, mobilizando colaboradores e lideranças, orientando sobre os perfis buscados e acompanhando as indicações;
  • Manter controles, banco de talentos e indicadores atualizados;
  • Analisar os resultados das seleções, do onboarding e dos projetos, propondo melhorias;
  • Aplicar IA e automação para reduzir atividades manuais, com ferramentas autorizadas, validação humana e proteção dos dados.

Requisitos

  • Experiência consistente em processos seletivos de ponta a ponta;
  • Vivência com hunting, entrevistas por competências e elaboração de pareceres;
  • Experiência na gestão simultânea de vagas e no relacionamento com diferentes gestores;
  • Vivência com organização e acompanhamento de onboarding;
  • Capacidade de estruturar processos, definir controles e acompanhar sua execução;
  • Autonomia para cobrar retornos, resolver pendências e propor melhorias;
  • Conhecimento em plataformas de recrutamento e indicadores de R&S;
  • Facilidade para mobilizar pessoas e conduzir projetos internos.

Experiência necessária

Experiência na condução de processos seletivos para diferentes áreas e níveis, desde o alinhamento do perfil até a contratação. Vivência com busca ativa, entrevistas por competências, pareceres, indicadores e relacionamento com lideranças. Experiência em organização ou estruturação de onboarding e acompanhamento da adaptação de novos profissionais. Será um diferencial ter conduzido programas de indicação, acolhimento ou integração.

Formação Acadêmica

Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.
