Meliorate ist eine Managementberatung mit Standorten in Berlin, Hamburg, Köln und München. Wir beraten Unternehmen mit komplexen, asset-intensiven Geschäftsmodellen – zum Beispiel Netzbetreiber – bei strategischen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen.

Dabei arbeiten wir eng mit dem Top-Management unserer Kund:innen und verbinden fundierte Analyse mit einem klaren Fokus auf Umsetzbarkeit.

Deine Rolle

Du verantwortest den Aufbau und die Entwicklung unseres Geschäfts in Österreich.

Das bedeutet konkret:

  • Du erschließt den österreichischen Markt, baust gezielt Kundenbeziehungen auf und gewinnst erste Mandate
  • Du entwickelst ein belastbares Netzwerk zu Entscheider:innen in relevanten Branchen
  • Du leitest Beratungsprojekte beim Kunden und stellst die inhaltliche Qualität sicher
  • Du entwickelst das Leistungsportfolio für den Markt weiter und positionierst Meliorate vor Ort
  • Du verantwortest Umsatzentwicklung und Pipeline-Aufbau
  • Du baust schrittweise ein lokales Team auf und entwickelst dieses fachlich weiter
  • Du bringst Dich in die Weiterentwicklung von Meliorate insgesamt ein und arbeitest eng mit den Partner:innen in Deutschland zusammen

Was Dich bei uns erwartet

Du arbeitest in einem Umfeld, in dem unternehmerisches Handeln und Eigenverantwortung zentral sind. Entscheidungen werden schnell getroffen, Themen werden klar priorisiert.

Du erhältst den notwendigen Freiraum, um den Markt in Österreich eigenständig aufzubauen – in enger Abstimmung mit den bestehenden Standorten.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Strategieberatung und arbeitest heute auf Partner-, Associate Partner- oder Senior Manager-Level
  • Du hast nachweislich Kunden aufgebaut, Projekte akquiriert und Umsatz verantwortet
  • Du verfügst über ein belastbares Netzwerk zu Entscheider:innen – idealerweise im Umfeld asset-intensiver Organisationen
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Aufbau von Geschäftseinheiten, Themenfeldern oder Teams
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch und übernimmst Verantwortung für Ergebnisse
  • Du strukturierst komplexe Themen schnell und triffst klare Priorisierungen
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Management-Ebene – auf Deutsch und Englisch

  • Die Rolle ist mit klarer Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung verbunden
  • Der Aufbau erfolgt in enger Abstimmung mit dem bestehenden Partnerkreis
  • Ziel ist es, den Standort Österreich nachhaltig zu etablieren und weiterzuentwickeln
