Meliorate ist eine Managementberatung mit Standorten in Berlin, Hamburg, Köln und München. Wir beraten Unternehmen mit komplexen, asset-intensiven Geschäftsmodellen – zum Beispiel Netzbetreiber – bei strategischen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen.

Dabei arbeiten wir eng mit dem Top-Management unserer Kund:innen und verbinden fundierte Analyse mit einem klaren Fokus auf Umsetzbarkeit.

Seit unserer Gründung im Jahr 2011 entwickeln wir unser Geschäft kontinuierlich weiter. Wenn Du neben der Projektverantwortung auch aktiv Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen und die Weiterentwicklung von Meliorate mitgestalten möchtest, passt die Rolle gut zu Dir.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest einen fachlichen Schwerpunktbereich und entwickelst bestehende sowie neue Beratungsangebote weiter
  • Du gewinnst neue Kunden und baust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen auf C-Level gezielt aus
  • Du leitest komplexe Beratungsprojekte – von der Strukturierung über die Steuerung bis zur Sicherstellung der Ergebnisqualität
  • Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Top-Management unserer Kund:innen und begleitest strategische Entscheidungen
  • Du bringst Dich in die Weiterentwicklung von Meliorate ein und gestaltest die strategische Ausrichtung mit
  • Du führst und entwickelst Berater:innen auf verschiedenen Karrierestufen
  • Du teilst Deine Expertise durch Trainings und Impulse im Bereich Assetmanagement – intern und extern

Was Dich bei uns erwartet

Du arbeitest in einem Umfeld, in dem unternehmerisches Handeln und individuelle Verantwortung zentrale Bestandteile der Rolle sind. Neben Projektarbeit übernimmst Du Verantwortung für Kunden, Themen und den weiteren Aufbau von Meliorate.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Strategieberatung, idealerweise auf Senior Manager- oder Junior Partner-Level
  • Du hast Projekte eigenständig akquiriert und verantwortet und verfügst über belastbare Kundenbeziehungen
  • Du verfügst über ein relevantes Netzwerk zu Entscheider:innen in asset-intensiven Branchen
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch und treibst Themen eigenständig voran
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Teams und entwickelst Kolleg:innen gezielt weiter
  • Du strukturierst komplexe Fragestellungen schnell und triffst klare Priorisierungen
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Management-Ebene – auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du bist bereit, im Rahmen von Projekten zu reisen
