Dein Vertriebstalent für die Energiewende - Du gewinnst und entwickelst B2B-Kund*innen in deiner Region – von Handwerksbetrieben über Bauunternehmen bis zu Energieversorgern. Du berätst lösungsorientiert, steuerst den Sales-Prozess von der Erstansprache bis zum Abschluss und baust dir ein belastbares Netzwerk in der Energiewende auf.

Dein zukünftiges Vertriebsgebiet befindet sich im Großraum Kassel, Göttingen, Gießen und Fulda (PLZ 34, 35, 36, 37).

Das erwartet dich

  • Identifikation und Entwicklung von Kundenpotenzialen in Handwerk, Bau und Energieversorgung sowie aktiver Aufbau von Kooperationen mit Partner*innen
  • Führung von Beratungs- und Verkaufsgesprächen remote und vor Ort sowie Begleitung des Prozesses bis zum Abschluss
  • Qualifizierung von Anfragen, Erstellung von Angeboten und Sicherstellung schneller, verbindlicher Rückmeldungen
  • Strategische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Bestandskunden durch Up- und Cross-Selling, Rahmenvereinbarungen und den Aufbau eines Empfehlungsnetzwerks
  • Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen sowie Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen für die eigene Region
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation der Pipeline im CRM-System Salesforce und Arbeit mit klaren Prioritäten

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb (Außendienst oder hybrides Modell) mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen im Aufbau/Abschluss
  • Technisches Grundverständnis, sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit sowie Kundenorientierung
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und souveräner Umgang mit Herausforderungen
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft für regionale Kundentermine
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
