About The Opportunity
Schedule/Hours
1st shift: 7:00am-3:00pm
2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm
3rd shift: 11:00pm-7:00am
Crew A & B: 7:00am-7:00pm
Crew C & D: 7:00pm-7:00am
Compensation
$20.72 per hour
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing and delivering products for conversion into finished items
- Organizing final products for shipping and distribution
- Sharing team goals and managing job assignments
- Performing basic preventative maintenance on machines and equipment
- Completing general housekeeping duties to maintain a continuously safe and clean team work environment
Education Desired
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Work Experience Required
- Previous experience working on with a forklift or clamp truck
- Two (2) or more years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Previous experience working in the corrugated industry
Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired
- Maintaining strict adherence to all safety rules and regulations to include wearing safety equipment
- Our Production Associates work any shift, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed in an unairconditioned, noisy, and high-volume environment
Physical Requirements
- Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and / or pulling for at least eight (8) hours a day, up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift 45 lbs.
- Ability to work 8-12 hours in heat that may exceed 85 degrees
- Ability to work 8-12 hours on your feet (standing/walking)
