You have mastered complex enterprise sales cycles. Now you want a role where you can leave a mark on a category that is being defined right now.

Our platform is embedded in the tools people already use (Microsoft Copilot, Teams, Outlook, ChatGPT, Gemini and more) and covers the full journey: widespread, high-quality adoption, measurable ROI, and the foundations for agents and agentic workflows. Adoption is where it starts. Transformation is what our clients buy.

More than 100 large organizations already trust Mendo, including PwC, Novo Nordisk, Crédit Agricole, Edenred and Groupe Rocher, with close to 100,000 employees supported across Europe. We have tripled revenue every year since launch, and in June 2026 we closed a €12M Series A led by Ventech with Educapital, after a €3.5M seed in 2024.

Opening the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg is one of our next big moves. That is where you come in.

What "Founding" means here

  • You are the first person fully dedicated to this market. You are based in our Paris HQ, with the whole company behind you and regular travel to your territory.
  • You start from a proven playbook: the ICP, messaging, sales motion and methodology that won us 100+ enterprise clients. You iterate on it and adapt it to your market, working directly with our Head of GTM.
  • Your first deals become the foundation of the future local team, with a natural path towards market leadership as the region scales.

What you will do

Prospecting and business development

  • Identify and prospect the large accounts of your market: AEX and BEL 20 companies, and large corporates headquartered in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • Engage key decision-makers: CTOs, Chief AI Officers, Digital Transformation Directors and Innovation Directors.
  • Build a solid, predictable pipeline from your first month.

Full sales cycle

  • Own the sales cycle end to end, from first interaction to close.
  • Lead executive-level presentations, demos and negotiations.
  • Drive strategic, high-impact transformation projects with large organizations.

Trusted advisor in GenAI transformation

  • Become a reference on enterprise GenAI adoption and transformation.
  • Understand each organization's specific challenges and help executives move from usage to ROI to agents.
  • Build long-term relationships with the key stakeholders of the buying process.

Market intelligence

  • Map your market's ecosystem: competitors, potential partners, GenAI maturity and adoption trends.
  • Adapt Mendo's pitch and value proposition to local specifics.
  • Share market insights with the team to feed the global strategy.

Strategy and representation

  • Iterate the go-to-market strategy for the Benelux with our Head of GTM.
  • Be Mendo's referent and ambassador on your market.
  • Identify the most promising growth opportunities and prioritize high-potential verticals.

This role is for you if…

You have proven enterprise sales experience

  • At least 5 to 7 years in complex B2B SaaS sales, with a demonstrable track record in enterprise environments.
  • Experience closing high-value deals with large accounts.
  • Mastery of complex, consultative sales cycles.

You know your counterparts and the tech and AI ecosystem

  • Proven experience selling to CTOs, Chief AI Officers, Digital Transformation Directors and Innovation Directors.
  • A genuine passion for artificial intelligence and new technologies.
  • Ideally, previous experience selling B2B SaaS in digital adoption, change management, training or productivity tools.

You are entrepreneurial and self-driven

  • You operate with full autonomy and take ownership of a market.
  • Ownership, resilience and a results orientation define how you work.
  • You are comfortable in a fast-scaling startup and communicate proactively with a distributed team.

Languages (non-negotiable)

  • Native English or native Dutch. French is a strong plus for Wallonia and Luxembourg.
  • Professional fluency in English, Mendo's internal working language for all meetings, reporting and internal communications.
