Nous venons de lever €12M en Series A pour accélérer notre expansion internationale, avec déjà 80+ grands comptes clients (PwC Global, EY, BDO), et notre croissance s'accélère chaque mois.

🧭 Rôle & impact

Tu seras le premier point de contact pour nos futurs clients à l'international.

Rattaché·e directement à notre équipe Sales et en lien avec les fondateurs, tu ouvres et alimentes le pipeline commercial de Mendo sur les marchés DACH - Netherlands. Concrètement, tu participes à :

  • Générer des leads qualifiés (inbound & outbound) sur des comptes stratégiques internationaux
  • Comprendre les enjeux des prospects (grands groupes et scale-ups) et adapter ton discours à chaque marché
  • Déclencher des rendez-vous stratégiques avec des décideurs (C-level, VP, Head of...)
  • Contribuer à l'expansion internationale de Mendo en construisant le pipeline sur des géographies à fort potentiel

Ce rôle est une excellente porte d'entrée vers un poste d'Account Executive sur un scope international.

🧠 Ce qu'on attend de toi

  • Anglais, Allemand (et/ou néerlandais) professionnel de niveau natif ou équivalent (C1/C2) — tu es à l'aise pour prospecter, négocier et pitcher en anglais et allemand/néerlandais avec des décideurs internationaux
  • Une expérience ou une sensibilité forte pour les marchés internationaux (DACH - Netherlands) — la maîtrise d'une langue supplémentaire est un vrai plus
  • Prospection B2B multicanale à l'international (calls, emails, LinkedIn) — tu sais adapter ton approche à la culture business de chaque marché
  • Génération de leads qualifiés avec KPIs mesurables (RDV pris, taux de qualification, opportunités générées)
  • Maîtrise des outils Sales (CRM, séquenceurs — outbound tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales AI...)
  • Curiosité pour l'IA et l'automatisation — bonus si tu utilises déjà l'IA générative pour prospecter plus efficacement
  • Capacité à apprendre vite & à s'adapter à un contexte scale-up en croissance rapide et à des marchés à cycles de vente différents
  • Mindset entrepreneurial — tu es autonome, tu prends des initiatives et tu portes ta trajectoire
