Mendo entre dans une nouvelle phase de croissance et de structuration.

Après avoir ancré la fonction People avec un·e People Ops Manager senior, le prochain levier critique est l'exécution du pipeline de recrutement.

Nous cherchons un·e Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) capable de faire rayonner Mendo sur le marché du talent et d'alimenter notre croissance avec un flux continu de top profils — tech, product, GTM — tout en gardant la vitesse et l'exigence qui font notre ADN.

Tu travailleras au plus près du/de la People Lead et des hiring managers pour livrer des recrutements rapides, qualitatifs et scalables.

Ton rôle : être le visage externe de Mendo sur le marché du talent et opérer une machine de recrutement AI-native.

Tu seras responsable de :

Sourcing & Pipeline Execution

  • Sourcer proactivement les candidats (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, communautés, events)
  • Faire tourner des agents IA de sourcing et de CV scoring pour prioriser le pipeline
  • Mener les screens téléphoniques/visio et shortlister
  • Gérer la propreté de l'ATS (Teamtailor) et la conversion stage par stage
  • Négocier les offres et fermer les candidats

Design & Process

  • Concevoir le process de recrutement end-to-end (sourcing → offer → close)
  • Définir les ICPs (Ideal Candidate Profiles) par famille de rôle
  • Produire les templates : job descriptions, scorecards, communications candidats
  • Designer les formats d'évaluation (take-home, case, live, role play)
  • Animer les hiring manager intakes (brief, must-haves, timeline)

Employer Brand & Channels

  • Définir et porter l'EVP (Employer Value Proposition) de Mendo
  • Produire du contenu employer brand (stories, day-in-the-life, team profiles)
  • Animer la careers page, LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, Glassdoor
  • Piloter les partenariats écoles et le pipeline junior
  • Structurer et animer le programme de cooptation

Data & Reporting

  • Tracker time-to-hire, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire par rôle
  • Mesurer l'efficacité des canaux et l'offer acceptance rate
  • Produire le dashboard recrutement mensuel pour le leadership
  • Piloter la satisfaction candidat (NPS) et hiring manager

AI-Native Recruiting

  • Opérer la stack IA recrutement : sourcing agents, CV scoring, outreach sequencing, benchmarking
  • Créer des Skills / Agents Mendo pour automatiser les tâches répétitives via MCP
  • Itérer en continu sur la qualité des scorings et des séquences

🧠 Profil recherché

Nous cherchons un profil TAM opérationnel, autonome, AI-native, capable de porter un pipeline en propre dans un environnement startup à forte cadence.

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en recrutement 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en recrutement dans un environnement startup, scale-up ou tech
  • Track record de recrutements sales, tech et/ou product bouclés en autonomie
  • Maîtrise LinkedIn Recruiter et au moins un ATS (Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Lever…)
  • Appétence forte pour l'IA appliquée au recrutement (agents, scoring, prompting)
  • Français et anglais professionnels

⚡ Must-Have (critères clés)

  • Expérience end-to-end : sourcing → screen → close, en autonomie
  • Sourcing tech de qualité (ingénieurs, product, data)
  • Maîtrise LinkedIn Recruiter et des techniques de sourcing avancé (X-ray, boolean)
  • Excellente communication écrite (job descriptions, outreach, feedback)
  • Capacité opérationnelle à créer des Skills ou des Agents IA pour automatiser une action via un client MCP (Connecteur) via Claude/Gemini/ChatGPT/Copilot
  • Posture de closer : sait négocier, convaincre, fermer
  • Rigueur sur la donnée (ATS propre, métriques à jour)
