Du hast Lust, Teams dabei zu unterstützen, besser zusammenzuarbeiten, Verantwortung klarer zu leben und wirksame agile Arbeitsweisen im Alltag zu verankern? Dann suchen wir dich als Agile Master. Bei uns geht es nicht darum, ein bestimmtes Framework nach Lehrbuch umzusetzen. Wir suchen jemanden, der pragmatisch denkt, situativ arbeitet und eine passende Mischung aus agilen Methoden, Moderation und Coaching mitbringt und unser aktuelles Framework weiterentwickelt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Begleitung: Du unterstützt Teams dabei, agile Arbeitsweisen wirksam im Alltag zu verankern und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Methodenmix: Du bringst je nach Situation passende agile Methoden, Impulse und Tools ein, ohne dich dabei starr auf ein einzelnes Framework festzulegen
  • Moderation: Du planst und moderierst Workshops, Retrospektiven, Reviews, Planungsformate und weitere Austauschformate sicher und zielorientiert
  • Prozessverbesserung: Du erkennst Reibungsverluste, unklare Abläufe oder wiederkehrende Blocker und entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Teams pragmatische Lösungen
  • Daten- & Performanceorientierung: Du nutzt Kennzahlen und Metriken, um Entwicklungen nachvollziehbar zu machen, Zusammenhänge zu analysieren und fundierte Impulse für Verbesserungen abzuleiten
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du hilfst Teams dabei, Kommunikation, Entscheidungsprozesse und Verantwortlichkeiten transparenter und eigenverantwortlicher zu gestalten

Danach suchen wir

  • Du verstehst Agilität nicht als starres Regelwerk, sondern als Haltung, die Teams hilft, fokussierter, transparenter und eigenverantwortlicher zu arbeiten
  • Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung in einer agilen Rolle als Scrum Master, Agile Coach oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, im Projektumfeld oder in der Koordinierung von Teams mit
  • Du hast bereits mit verschiedenen agilen Arbeitsweisen, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban, gearbeitet und kannst je nach Situation Elemente aus unterschiedlichen Ansätzen sinnvoll kombinieren
  • Du gestaltest als erfahrener Sparringspartner für Developler, Product Owner und Führungskräfte teaminterne und teamübergreifende Strukturen und Prozesse mit
  • Du hast bereits mit Jira gearbeitet und kannst Aufgaben, Boards oder Workflows sicher im Teamkontext nutzen
  • Du kannst komplexe Themen verständlich machen, unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammenbringen und auch schwierige Gespräche konstruktiv begleiten
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, denkst mit und hast Freude daran, Strukturen aufzubauen, die Teams wirklich weiterhelfen
  • Du hinterfragst bestehende Arbeitsweisen, nimmst Feedback offen an und entwickelst auch deine eigene Rolle kontinuierlich weiter
