Als Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) bei menio bist du direkt in zentrale Projekte eingebunden und übernimmst Verantwortung für deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung. Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundenprojekte: Du planst, steuerst und überwachst Projekte und arbeitest mit namhaften und internationalen Kunden zusammen
  • Key Account Management: Du baust langfristige Beziehungen auf, verstehst die Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden und bist ihr:e zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in
  • Anforderungsanalyse: Um Projekte voranzutreiben, analysierst du die Anforderungen, stimmst dich mit anderen Fachbereichen ab und suchst nach geeigneten Lösungen
  • Kundentermine: Du übernimmst die Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie die Leitung von Kundenterminen und -workshops
  • Businessprozesse: Die Aufnahme und Beschreibung von Businessprozessen gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
  • Konzepterstellung: Du entwickelst Konzepte und Ideen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team zur langfristigen Unterstützung von Kundenzielen

Danach suchen wir

  • Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Alternativ bringst du Erfahrung aus den Bereichen Account Management, Projektmanagement oder Vertrieb mit und bist offen für neue Herausforderungen
  • Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Kundenkontakt, in der Beratung oder im Projektmanagement sammeln
  • Du bist IT-affin und bringst ein sehr gutes IT-Verständnis mit
  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Plus. Falls Du noch eine weitere Sprache sprichst – umso besser!
  • Du bringst Eigenverantwortung, Veränderungsbereitschaft sowie Service- und Kundenorientierung mit
  • Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude am Kundenkontakt zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du arbeitest sehr gerne im Team und hast Lust auf Neues
