Digital Transformation Lead (a)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für anspruchsvolle Transformationsinitiativen – fachlich, kulturell und wirtschaftlich.
  • Du übersetzt strategische Zielbilder in konkrete, messbare Ergebnisse und hältst Budget, Qualität und Wirkung im Blick.
  • Du gewinnst und alignst Stakeholder bis auf C-Level – durch Klarheit, Haltung und Überzeugungskraft.
  • Du steuerst interdisziplinäre Teams mit Struktur, Priorität und Präsenz – auch in unsicheren Phasen.
  • Du entwickelst Kundenbeziehungen strategisch weiter und baust nachhaltiges, profitables Folgegeschäft auf.

  • Du bringst einen fundierten fachlichen Hintergrund im Beratungsumfeld mit – ob durch Studium, Praxiserfahrung oder unternehmerische Tätigkeit.
  • Du denkst ganzheitlich und erkennst Zusammenhänge zwischen Kultur, Organisation, Prozessen und Technologie.
  • Du analysierst komplexe Situationen strukturiert und entwickelst daraus tragfähige, individuelle Lösungen.
  • Du trittst souverän auf, überzeugst auf allen Ebenen und bleibst auch bei Widerstand klar und standhaft.
  • Du verbindest Durchsetzungsstärke mit Empathie und gewinnst Menschen für Veränderung.
