Du willst die Zukunft von MEONDI aktiv mitgestalten? Als Software Consultant (a) mit Schwerpunkt Cloud & Platform bist du bei uns nicht einfach Entwickler:in oder DevOps Engineer. Du bist technischer Enabler und Sparringspartner in Kundenprojekten.

Software Consultant | Schwerpunkt Cloud & Platform (a) in Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst Softwarelösungen über den gesamten Stack hinweg: von Backend und APIs bis hin zu Frontend-Komponenten.
  • Du setzt fachliche Anforderungen in sauberen, wartbaren und skalierbaren Code um und bringst dich aktiv in Architekturentscheidungen ein.
  • Du baust und betreibst Cloud-Infrastrukturen (z. B. AWS, Azure) und sorgst dafür, dass Anwendungen stabil und effizient betrieben werden können.
  • Du entwickelst und optimierst CI/CD-Pipelines und automatisierst Deployments, damit Software schnell und zuverlässig live geht.
  • Du denkst Infrastruktur aus Sicht der Entwickler und reduzierst Komplexität, damit Teams produktiver arbeiten können.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklerteams zusammen, verstehst ihre Herausforderungen und entwickelst Lösungen, die im Alltag wirklich funktionieren.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in Kundenprojekte ein, erklärst technische Zusammenhänge verständlich und trittst als technischer Sparringspartner auf.
  • Du dokumentierst deine Lösungen so, dass andere darauf aufbauen können, und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung der MEONDI-Community bei.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast erste praktische Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung, Cloud, DevOps oder Infrastruktur gesammelt. Im Job, als Werkstudent:in oder in eigenen Projekten.
  • Du schreibst strukturierten, wartbaren und testbaren Code und hast ein gutes Verständnis für Architektur- und Designprinzipien.
  • Du kennst gängige Technologien rund um Cloud (z. B. AWS oder Azure), Git und CI/CD-Prozesse.
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits Software entwickelt und verstehst, wie Entwickler arbeiten und denken.
  • Du achtest auf Codequalität, Testbarkeit und langfristige Wartbarkeit und gehst technische Schulden aktiv an.
  • Du denkst nicht nur technisch, sondern verstehst auch fachliche Anforderungen und den Nutzen für Kunden.
  • Du arbeitest nicht einfach Tickets ab, sondern bringst eigene Ideen ein und denkst Lösungen weiter.
  • Du kommunizierst klar, gehst aktiv auf andere zu und kannst technische Themen verständlich erklären.
