岗位职责： 1、供应商质量管理：负责供应商开发、审核与评估，制定供应商准入标准，定期进行现场审核与绩效评分，推动质量改善； 2、主导供应商质量问题（如原材料缺陷、交付异常）的解决，追踪改善措施实施效果，确保闭环管理。 3、质量管理体系建设：策划并维护公司质量管理体系，优化检验规范、质量标准及流程，确保符合ISO9001/ISO14001等国际认证要求。 4、制定质量指标，推动持续改进。 5、跨部门协作与培训：协同采购、研发、生产部门，参与新物料试产评估及供应商技术能力审核。 6、制定质量培训计划，指导团队（如QC检验员）提升专业技能。 7、风险预防与数据分析：监控供应商质量趋势，通过数据分析预判潜在风险，推动预防措施落地。 8、汇总月度/季度质量报告，向高层汇报供应商质量表现及改进建议。

任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，质量等相关专业优先。 2、5年以上制造型企业质量管理工作经验，3年以上供应商管理或SQE团队管理经验，熟悉汽车、电子等行业优先。 3、精通质量管理工具（如APQP、PPAP、8D、FMEA），具备供应商审核能力。 4、优秀的跨部门沟通能力与抗压能力，能主导质量会议并推动供应商改善。 5、持有质量工程师相关证书、六西格玛黑带等认证者优先。 6、有AI成功落地经验优先。
