The posting

Ready to move beyond basic maintenance? Our C-Level Line Technicians perform real mechanical repairs, working from diagnostic findings provided by our experienced technicians, while building toward B-Level with paid factory training. Ideal for technicians who have outgrown oil and tire work and want to grow with a premier Mercedes-Benz team.

What you'll do

  • General mechanical repairs and maintenance
  • Brake, suspension, steering and other mechanical repairs
  • Removal and replacement of mechanical components
  • Repairs based on diagnostic findings provided by more experienced technicians
  • Warranty and customer-pay repairs following Mercedes-Benz procedures
  • Multipoint inspections and identifying additional service needs

What you bring

  • Automotive repair knowledge and experience to perform mechanical repairs beyond basic oil and tire services
  • Ability to follow repair procedures and complete assigned work accurately
  • Understanding of automotive mechanical systems
  • Personal tool set appropriate for the position
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to take part in factory training and develop into a B-Level Technician
  • Independent diagnostic ability is not required
