At Mercedes-Benz, we deliver "The Best or Nothing" through an elevated client experience. Join our Rockville Centre sales team as a driven, relationship-focused client adviser. Commission-based, $75,000.00 - $175,000.00 a year.

We're a family-owned Mercedes-Benz dealership with a modern, glass-walled showroom in Rockville Centre and an air-conditioned Service Center with an indoor service drive in Hempstead. Our team holds every car and every client to the Mercedes-Benz standard, and looks out for one another. Training is paid, including Mercedes-Benz USA courses, and we promote from within.

The role

  • Act as a trusted brand ambassador, guiding each client through a personalized discovery, consultation and purchase journey tailored to their lifestyle
  • Give engaging demonstrations and test drives of new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Know every model, package and feature inside and out
  • Build a loyal book of referrals and repeat clients, with follow-up in our CRM

You bring

  • Excellent communication and a polished, professional presence in line with our dress code
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • A second language is a plus

Pay Rate: $75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year, Paid Weekly
