The posting

As Area Sales Manager, you will be central to Sievi’s transition from an agent-based model to a dedicated sales organisation in Denmark. Reporting directly to the International Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for developing the Danish market by strengthening relationships with distributors, industrial companies, and end-users.

This is a role with high visibility and responsibility, where your consultative approach and proactive market presence will help shape Sievi’s future growth in Denmark.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve budget targets through both account management and new business development.
  • Maintain a strong market presence through regular customer visits and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build close relationships with end-user stakeholders such as safety managers, union representatives, and company buyers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and International Sales to handle larger national accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by translating Sievi’s product features (standards, durability, comfort, sustainability) into customer value.

The Candidate Profile

  • Proven B2B sales experience from technical products, PPE, industrial products, construction, tools or related sectors.
  • Strong relationship builder with a consultative approach, not transactional.
  • Proactive, structured, and self-sufficient - thrives in independent field work.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Danish, with good English for Nordic collaboration.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools for sales management.
  • Commercial, technical or vocational education, combined with a strong customer-oriented mindset.

Location

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover Jutland and parts of Funen, with a particular focus on the Triangle Region (Vejle, Kolding and Middelfart).

Home-office based with frequent travel to customer sites.
