The posting

O(a) Analista Financeiro(a) será responsável pela execução, análise e melhoria das rotinas financeiras da empresa, incluindo contas a pagar e receber, conciliações, fluxo de caixa, controles, relatórios gerenciais e apoio ao fechamento contábil, com foco em precisão, eficiência e cumprimento de prazos.

Atividades

  • Executar e controlar as rotinas de contas a pagar e receber, conferindo documentos, vencimentos, aprovações e baixas;
  • Realizar conciliações bancárias e financeiras, identificar divergências e garantir a correta classificação dos lançamentos;
  • Atualizar e acompanhar o fluxo de caixa, elaborar projeções e apoiar o planejamento financeiro;
  • Preparar relatórios, indicadores e análises gerenciais para apoiar a tomada de decisão da liderança;
  • Apoiar o fechamento contábil, organizar documentos e implementar melhorias, automações e controles nos processos financeiros.

Requisitos

  • Graduação completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em contas a pagar e receber, conciliação bancária, fluxo de caixa, controles financeiros e apoio ao fechamento contábil;
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado, capacidade analítica, organização, atenção aos detalhes, comunicação e autonomia.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em empresas de tecnologia, startups ou ambientes de crescimento acelerado;
  • Conhecimento em automação de processos financeiros e uso de IA generativa para análises e produtividade;
  • Conhecimento em ERP financeiro, Power BI, dashboards ou ferramentas de análise de dados;
  • Conhecimento em contabilidade, controladoria, inglês ou espanhol e noções de Python serão diferenciais.
