V Merkur zavarovalnici iščemo prodajnega trenerja (m/ž), ki bo zastopnikom pomagal do samozavestnejšega nastopa, boljših prodajnih pogovorov in uspešnejšega dela na terenu. Če te poleg lastnega uspeha motivira tudi napredek drugih, je to priložnost zate.

Zavarujemo čudež življenja. Pri tem imajo ključno vlogo zastopniki, ki razumejo potrebe strank in jim pomagajo izbrati ustrezno zavarovanje.

Tvoja vloga pri prodajnem uspehu

  • Zastopnikom, zlasti v lastni prodajni mreži, boš nudil/a strokovno prodajno podporo in pomagal/a pri vsakodnevnih prodajnih izzivih.
  • Z mentorstvom in motivacijo boš zastopnike pripravljal/a na samostojno delo na terenu.
  • Načrtoval/a in izvajal/a boš prodajna izobraževanja s poudarkom na znanju in veščinah, uporabnih v pogovoru s stranko.
  • Sodeloval/a boš pri razvoju produktov in povezoval/a produktno znanje s prodajno prakso.

  • Vsaj višjo oz. visoko strokovno izobrazbo.
  • Dovoljenje AZN za zavarovalno zastopanje.
  • Vozniško dovoljenje B kategorije in lastno vozilo.
  • Zaželene so izkušnje na področju izobraževanja in zavarovalništva.
