Deine Aufgaben

Als Seasonal Sales Associate auf Minijob-Basis unterstützt du unser Team während der geschäftigen Holiday Season bis einschließlich Januar 2027. Du begrüßt die Besucher in unserem Berliner Store herzlich, stellst ihnen die Tradition, Werte und Produkte von Merz b. Schwanen vor und baust nachhaltige Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden auf. Mit deinem Gespür für persönlichen Service und Beratung trägst du aktiv zum kommerziellen Erfolg unseres Stores bei.

Die Position ist zunächst als saisonaler Minijob befristet, mit der Möglichkeit, im Anschluss in eine unbefristete Festanstellung übernommen zu werden.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Bereitstellung außergewöhnlicher, unvergesslicher Erlebnisse für alle Besucher unseres Stores
  • Nutzung deiner Marken- und Produktkenntnisse, um Kunden zu leiten und ihnen bei der Auswahl der für sie passenden Produkte zu unterstützen
  • Beitrag zur Erreichung der Key Performance Indicators des Stores
  • Sicherstellung einer einladenden und komfortablen Atmosphäre für Kunden und Kollegen
  • Aufrechterhaltung der Visual-Merchandising-Standards des Stores
  • Genauigkeit bei der Durchführung von Storeprozessen wie Bestandszählungen, Öffnen und Schließen sowie Kassieren
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft am Wochenende zu arbeiten

DEINE QUALITÄTEN

  • Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt, vorzugsweise im Bereich Modeeinzelhandel
  • Fähigkeit, effektiv im Team zu arbeiten und zum Erfolg des Teams beizutragen
  • Neugier, Menschen und ihre Bedürfnisse ohne Annahmen oder Vorurteile zu verstehen. Wir möchten, dass sich jeder bei uns willkommen und anerkannt fühlt.
