  • Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für das Steuerbüro und bei buchhalterischen Thematiken für unsere Händler und Lieferanten
  • Du verwaltest und bearbeitest Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Du überprüfst Zahlungseingänge
  • Du bist für das Mahnwesen verantwortlich
  • Du organisierst die Vorlagen- und Kreditkartenabrechnung
  • Du verwaltest die Konten, pflegst diese in Odoo und befasst sich mit Datev Export
  • Du holst die Kreditauskünfte ein
  • Du kümmerst dich mit einer Leichtigkeit um allgemeine administrative und operative Tätigkeiten

Dein Profil

  • Freude an Teamarbeit und Kundenorientierung zeichnen dich aus
  • Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber Arbeitsprozessen, die sich weiterentwickeln
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent, auch in arbeitsintensiven Situationen
  • Du arbeitest mit einem modernen Warenwirtschaftssystem ('Odoo') und bestenfalls Mac-Computern bereiten dir Freude
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über eine buchhalterische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und das Arbeiten mit Zahlen macht dir Spaß
  • Du arbeitest professionell, sehr sorgfältig, zuverlässig und eigenverantwortlich
  • Kommunikationsstärke und freundliches Auftreten zeichnen dich aus
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
