1.大学本科及以上学历，艺术设计、视觉传达设计等相关专业，精通PS、AE、AI、Figma等软件，有较强的创意能力； 2.对视觉设计有思考，有热情，大学期间做过游戏动漫等平面设计相关项目实践优先考虑； 3. 需要有自己的作品集/作品链接； 4.工作认真负责，积极主动，保持学习心态和务实精神，善于跨部门协作，善于发现问题并解决问题，遇到问题不推诿。
