你将做什么： 深度参与核心业务产品的需求洞察、方案设计、项目推进与数据复盘全流程 轮岗至运营岗位，参与用户增长、活动运营等实战，建立产品与运营的协同认知 可自选公司其他创新业务线进行拓展体验，在双导师指导下，独立承担模块级产品工作，输出有影响力的业务成果 三大方向灵活选择定岗：① 加入新的战略重点业务；② 发起内部创业项目；③ 回归轮岗中贡献最显著的核心业务线
