1. 协助算法工程师开展推荐算法相关工作，包括数据预处理、特征工程、模型训练与优化，参与推荐系统的迭代升级； 2. 配合团队完成数据调研、分析及可视化，挖掘用户行为规律与内容特征，为推荐策略优化提供数据支撑； 3. 学习并应用主流推荐算法（如协同过滤、深度学习推荐模型等），参与算法原型的开发、测试与验证； 4. 协助整理算法相关文档，包括技术方案、实验报告、测试总结等，确保工作流程可追溯； 5. 配合团队完成其他与推荐算法、数据相关的辅助工作，积极参与团队技术讨论，主动学习行业前沿技术。

（一）学历及专业要求 1. 985/211学历，计算机相关专业优先，NLP、CV等方向均可。 2. 有过顶会论文者优先。 （二）专业技能要求 1. 基础扎实、思维敏捷，具备扎实的算法和数据结构基础。 2. 具备优秀的工程实现能力和一定的工程实践能力，有良好的编码习惯。 3. 熟悉至少一种强类型语言（C++/Golang/Java等）。 4. 熟悉 TensorFlow 框架。 （三）综合素质要求 1. 自驱力强，积极主动，沟通清晰顺畅。 2. 具备较强的分析能力、沟通协调能力、执行力和创新能力。 3. 对推荐算法领域有浓厚兴趣，愿意主动学习行业前沿技术。
