1.本科及以上学历，26届及以后在校生，数字媒体、艺术设计，广告学等相关专业优先； 2.对数据敏感，具有较强的数据分析能力，能够从数据中发现问题； 3.对互联网用户、换装游戏及各大社交平台有一定的了解，有过运营实习经历或重度游戏爱好者优先; 4.网感好，是抖音、快手、小红书、B站的深度用户，了解当下热梗和流行趋势，需具备一定的视频/图片剪辑包装能力，有自己运营过个人账号者优先。
