1.有 Python 开发经验，熟悉 FastAPI / Flask 等 Web 框架，有实际项目经验 ； 2.有实际爬虫或数据清洗经验，了解常见采集与反爬问题； 3.有 Vue3 + TS 实际项目经验，熟悉 Composition API、组件化与基础工程配置； 4.熟悉常见 Web 安全问题及防护措施（如 SQL 注入、XSS、CSRF） 5.具备良好的代码规范和优化能力，良好的团队沟通协作能力，能够快速融入团队并掌握和学习业务领域知识。
