1.协助完成云游戏及运营活动的UI视觉设计及基础交互流程设计，输出符合规范的设计方案； 2.参与产品需求讨论，协助梳理信息架构与页面布局，确保设计逻辑清晰且符合用户认知； 3.收集并分析用户反馈及竞品设计，辅助提出优化建议，持续提升产品体验细节； 4.遵循团队UI设计规范进行输出，并协助维护设计规范文档，确保设计稿风格统一、标注准确； 5.负责设计稿的切图、标注及开发效果走查，主动与产品、开发同学沟通，确保上线还原度； 6.完成上级交代的其他工作任务，积极协作，共同成长。

1.设计相关专业在读学生优先，须随简历提交个人作品集； 2.有互联网UI设计相关实习或项目经验者优先，有游戏App或运营活动类设计作品者更佳； 3.熟练使用多种主流设计工具，能依据设计规范输出高质量界面稿及切图标注； 4.能结合AI设计工具辅助生成创意素材、图标或设计灵感，提升产出效率者优先； 5.具备基础的界面设计能力，对色彩、字体、排版有基本认知，了解UI交互设计基础流程，能在指导下完成原型绘制和交互优化； 6.具备用户体验思维，能从用户视角出发，辅助提出界面与交互改进建议，参与用户反馈整理与竞品分析； 7.具有良好的团队协作与沟通能力，能与多部门高效配合，协助推动设计方案落地。
