Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Expert Active Directory / Architecte Identité(F/H/X) pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

1. Référent architecture Active Directory

  • Porter la vision et les standards AD à l'échelle internationale
  • Faire évoluer les forêts, domaines, relations de confiance et modèles de réplication
  • Challenger les choix techniques des projets et valider les designs du point de vue Run, sécurité et résilience

2. Identité hybride et Microsoft Entra ID

  • Concevoir et maîtriser l'intégration AD on-premise ↔ Entra ID
  • Expertiser Azure AD Connect / Cloud Sync et les scénarios de synchronisation complexes
  • Analyser les flux d'authentification hybrides et leurs impacts sur le Workplace, la sécurité et les applications métiers

3. Sécurité et durcissement AD

  • Appliquer et contrôler le modèle de tiering (Tier 0 / 1 / 2) et la séparation des comptes à privilèges
  • Durcir les contrôleurs de domaine et réduire les chemins d'attaque
  • Contribuer aux audits de sécurité, analyses de risques et plans de remédiation

4. Services cœur AD

  • Concevoir, exploiter et dépanner le DNS intégré à AD
  • Concevoir, optimiser et diagnostiquer les GPO
  • Maîtriser les dépendances DHCP le cas échéant

5. PKI et sécurité liée à l'identité

  • Gérer le cycle de vie des certificats et diagnostiquer les incidents associés
  • Comprendre les liens entre certificats, authentification et chiffrement
  • Prendre en compte les services de classification et de protection des données (AIP)

6. Run et support N3

  • Être le dernier niveau d'escalade sur les incidents critiques ou non documentés
  • Diagnostiquer la réplication, les échecs d'authentification, les trusts et la fédération
  • Analyser logs et événements de sécurité, y compris en situation de crise

7. Change, standards et gouvernance

  • Porter les changements Identité en CAB, avec analyses d'impact et plans de rollback
  • Rédiger et maintenir standards, procédures, DAT et runbooks
  • Faire monter en compétence les équipes L2

8. Automatisation et amélioration continue

  • Automatiser tâches Run, reporting et contrôles de santé AD en PowerShell
  • Identifier les fragilités structurelles et piloter les actions d'amélioration

Profil recherché

  • Bac+3 à Bac+5 en informatique ou équivalent
  • 5 à 8 ans minimum d'expérience en Active Directory / Identité, dont une vraie expérience Run N3
  • Expérience confirmée en environnement Microsoft hybride de grande taille
  • Expérience internationale appréciée
  • Anglais professionnel obligatoire, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
  • Certifications appréciées : SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator), SC-100

Techniques (indispensables)

  • Active Directory niveau expert : forêts, domaines, trusts, réplication
  • Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD et architectures hybrides complexes
  • Azure AD Connect / Cloud Sync, synchronisation des identités
  • Sécurité AD : hardening, tiering Tier 0 / 1 / 2, comptes à privilèges
  • DNS et GPO très bon niveau
  • PKI d'entreprise et certificats
  • PowerShell excellent niveau
  • Troubleshooting avancé reconnu

Fonctionnelles

  • Environnement international et multi-entités
  • Organisations Run / Build / Projet et processus ITIL
  • Travail avec des équipes onshore / offshore
