Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Gestionnaire administratif(ve) pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Réceptionner, analyser et traiter les demandes internes de moyens informatiques via l'outil de gestion dédié.
  • Vérifier les besoins exprimés et accompagner les utilisateurs dans la définition de leurs demandes.
  • Gérer les commandes de matériels et logiciels : demandes de devis, commandes, suivi des livraisons et traitement des factures.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des achats fournisseurs ainsi que les réceptions et validations dans SAP.
  • Organiser les mises à disposition, prêts, locations et retours de matériels informatiques.
  • Maintenir une relation régulière avec les fournisseurs, éditeurs et clients internes.
  • Assurer une permanence téléphonique et apporter un support administratif de qualité aux utilisateurs.
  • Veiller à l'application des processus internes et sensibiliser les collaborateurs aux bonnes pratiques.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus et être force de proposition sur l'organisation du service.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Microsoft Office et Excel.
  • Expérience sur un outil de gestion de tickets ou de suivi de demandes.
  • Connaissance de SAP appréciée.
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les processus administratifs.
  • Niveau d'anglais professionnel apprécié pour des échanges ponctuels avec des interlocuteurs internationaux.
  • Formation de deux semaines prévue au démarrage.

  • Excellente communication écrite et orale.
  • Sens du service client et esprit d'équipe.
  • Organisation, rigueur et autonomie.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
  • Réactivité et gestion sereine des situations urgentes.
  • Esprit d'initiative et force de proposition.

Expérience et formation

  • Formation Bac à Bac+2 en gestion administrative, assistance de gestion ou équivalent.
  • Première expérience de 1 à 3 ans sur un poste administratif, de gestion ou de support aux utilisateurs.
  • Une expérience dans la gestion des commandes, achats ou relations fournisseurs constitue un atout.
