Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Ingénieur.e Sécurité Réseau L3 pour une mission stratégique à Guyancourt.

Missions principales

  • Assurer l’expertise de niveau 3 sur les infrastructures réseau et sécurité, en prenant en charge les incidents complexes et critiques.
  • Réaliser les analyses post-incident et contribuer à la mise en place de plans d’amélioration.
  • Piloter l’intégration de nouvelles infrastructures de sécurité et accompagner les équipes dans la mise en œuvre des solutions.
  • Rédiger, vérifier et valider la documentation technique liée aux infrastructures.
  • Superviser le maintien en condition opérationnelle et sécuritaire (MCO/MCS), notamment les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective.
  • Optimiser les performances, la disponibilité et la fiabilité des services.
  • Assurer une veille technologique et sécuritaire afin d'anticiper les évolutions et les risques.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Réseaux et infrastructure : maîtrise du routage et de la commutation sur des environnements Cisco (IOS-XE, NX-OS) et Juniper (JunOS).
  • Load balancing : expertise sur les solutions A10 Networks Thunder ADC.
  • Sécurité : connaissance des solutions WAF Ubika et de protection anti-DDoS Radware.
  • Expertise confirmée en résolution d’incidents complexes de niveau 3 et en exploitation d’infrastructures critiques.
  • Capacité à intervenir sur des projets d’intégration, de maintenance et d’amélioration continue des infrastructures réseau et sécurité.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Excellentes capacités de communication et aptitude à travailler en équipe.
  • Réactivité et rigueur dans la résolution des incidents liés aux infrastructures et à la sécurité.
  • Esprit d’analyse et capacité à gérer des situations critiques.
  • Proactivité, sens des responsabilités et volonté constante d’amélioration.

Expérience et formation

  • Expérience senior en ingénierie réseau et sécurité, avec une pratique confirmée du support de niveau 3.
  • Expérience dans des environnements d’infrastructure critiques et dans la gestion d’incidents complexes.
  • Expérience en intégration de solutions techniques et en maintien en condition opérationnelle et sécuritaire.
