Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients du secteur bancaire, nous recherchons plusieurs Ingénieur.e.s Réseau Datacenter L2 pour une mission stratégique à Gradignan.

Missions principales

  • Participer à la conception, au déploiement et à l'évolution des infrastructures réseau datacenter.
  • Contribuer à l'implémentation de solutions réseau dans des environnements complexes à forte volumétrie d'équipements.
  • Analyser et résoudre les incidents techniques complexes, optimiser les performances et contribuer à la disponibilité des infrastructures.
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles technologies réseau et aux projets d'amélioration continue.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénierie, d'exploitation et les expertises des autres domaines techniques.
  • Accompagner les membres moins expérimenté.e.s de l'équipe et partager les connaissances techniques.
  • Maintenir à jour la documentation technique et assurer une veille technologique sur le périmètre.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Expérience confirmée en ingénierie réseau datacenter, idéalement dans des environnements complexes à forte volumétrie d'équipements.
  • Routage et commutation Cisco : NX-OS, Nexus 9K, IOS XE, ASR, IOS XR et ASR-NCS.
  • Architectures datacenter : VXLAN, Cisco ACI et infrastructures réseau virtualisées.
  • Routage avancé : BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS/LDP et MPLS Segment Routing.
  • Connaissance des architectures SDN et des solutions de virtualisation réseau, notamment NSX-T.
  • Connaissance des solutions DNS EfficientIP.
  • Capacité à contribuer à la conception, au déploiement et à l'optimisation d'infrastructures réseau complexes.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Réactivité et capacité d'anticipation face aux problématiques techniques.
  • Rigueur, autonomie et adaptabilité.
  • Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles pour assurer la qualité de la documentation technique.
  • Capacité à collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et à partager son expertise.
  • Anglais opérationnel.
  • Disponibilité pour participer aux astreintes et aux interventions hors heures ouvrées (HNO).

Expérience et formation

  • Expérience significative en ingénierie réseau datacenter, avec une pratique du routage et de la commutation dans des environnements de grande envergure.
  • Expérience en conception, déploiement et évolution d'infrastructures réseau complexes.
  • Un profil confirmé est recherché : une expertise exhaustive sur l'ensemble des technologies n'est pas indispensable.
  • La maîtrise de NSX-T constitue un plus, mais n'est pas un prérequis indispensable.
  • Capacité à intervenir dans le cadre de projets d'implémentation et à travailler en environnement bancaire exigeant.
