Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Technicien.ne Systèmes et Infrastructures N2 pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Assurer les activités de support, d'administration et de maintien en conditions opérationnelles des environnements serveurs et infrastructures.
  • Prendre en charge la résolution des incidents et demandes conformément aux procédures et aux engagements de service (SLA).
  • Assurer le suivi des alertes de supervision et le traitement des demandes reçues par e-mail et téléphone.
  • Escalader les sujets complexes vers les équipes expertes et apporter un support aux équipes de niveau 1.
  • Participer au traitement des activités de niveau 1 en cas de surcharge.
  • Réaliser les changements planifiés dans le respect des procédures d'exploitation et des standards de qualité.
  • Appliquer les exigences de sécurité et les bonnes pratiques opérationnelles.
  • Identifier les risques, signaler les dysfonctionnements et alerter en cas d'incident majeur.
  • Maintenir et enrichir la documentation technique et opérationnelle.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue de la qualité de service et être force de proposition.
  • Contribuer à la cohésion et à la dynamique de l'équipe.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Administration et exploitation des environnements Windows Server 2016, 2019 et 2022.
  • Bonnes connaissances des environnements Linux, notamment CentOS et Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
  • Administration et exploitation d'Active Directory.
  • Maîtrise des environnements de virtualisation VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter).
  • Connaissances des infrastructures de stockage SAN/NAS, de la gestion des volumes et LUN.
  • Connaissances des solutions de sauvegarde, restauration et supervision des sauvegardes.
  • Connaissances des outils de supervision, de monitoring et d'analyse des logs et des performances.
  • Connaissances des solutions de sécurité, notamment EDR/XDR, antivirus et gestion des correctifs.
  • Connaissances des environnements serveurs physiques, du RAID et des outils d'administration à distance.
  • Connaissance des environnements Microsoft 365 et des solutions collaboratives.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Rigueur et respect des procédures d'exploitation.
  • Sens du service et capacité à travailler dans le respect des engagements de service.
  • Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de diagnostic.
  • Esprit d'équipe et capacité à collaborer avec différents niveaux de support et équipes techniques.
  • Capacité à alerter et à escalader efficacement les situations nécessitant une expertise complémentaire.
  • Force de proposition dans les démarches d'amélioration continue.

Expérience et formation

  • Expérience en administration systèmes et infrastructures dans un environnement d'exploitation.
  • Expérience en support technique de niveau 2.
  • Habitude de travailler dans des environnements de production soumis à des engagements de service.
  • Capacité à maintenir ses compétences techniques et à s'adapter à un périmètre technique évolutif.
