Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Ingénieur.e Expert.e Azure – Support N3 pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Prendre en charge les incidents techniques complexes et critiques sur les environnements Microsoft Azure et Microsoft 365.
  • Réaliser des investigations approfondies, reproduire les incidents et rédiger les rapports d'analyse technique.
  • Assurer l'interface avec les équipes d'exploitation et piloter les escalades auprès du support Microsoft (CSS).
  • Analyser les incidents récurrents et proposer des actions d'amélioration continue.
  • Veiller à la qualité de service et au bon fonctionnement des environnements de production.
  • Rédiger, maintenir et enrichir les procédures techniques, documentations d'exploitation et bases de connaissances.
  • Assurer l'encadrement technique des équipes de support et d'exploitation.
  • Organiser les transferts de compétences et accompagner la montée en compétences des équipes.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Expertise confirmée sur les environnements Microsoft Azure et Microsoft 365 : Exchange Online Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Microsoft Intune Sécurité Microsoft 365
  • Solide maîtrise du diagnostic et de la résolution d'incidents complexes de niveau 3.
  • Bonne compréhension des architectures Cloud Microsoft et des environnements de production.
  • Maîtrise des bonnes pratiques d'exploitation, de support et de gestion des escalades techniques.
  • Anglais professionnel impératif, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Rigueur et qualités rédactionnelles.
  • Sens du service et de la relation client.
  • Aisance dans les échanges avec les équipes techniques et les interlocuteur.rice.s Microsoft.
  • Pédagogie, esprit d'équipe et capacité à transmettre ses connaissances.
  • Capacité à intervenir sur des situations critiques et à accompagner les équipes opérationnelles.

Expérience et formation

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience sur les technologies Microsoft Azure et Microsoft 365.
  • Expérience significative en support expert N3, architecture technique ou Technical Lead.
  • Profil disposant d'une expertise proche de celle d'un.e Architecte Technique, avec une forte orientation opérationnelle.
  • Expérience dans des environnements de production exigeants.
