Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Technicien support IT de proximité N1 pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Support de proximité aux utilisateurs (desk side) et interventions break/fix sur postes de travail
  • Installation, diagnostic et dépannage de PC fixes, portables, imprimantes et périphériques, dans le respect des garanties matériel et des règles de sécurité du client
  • Installation et dépannage d'applications et de systèmes d'exploitation selon les procédures fournies
  • Administration de base des postes Windows
  • Interventions « Smart Hands » sur site sous la direction d'un technicien distant (N3 ou Service Desk) : écrans, claviers, souris, imprimantes, fax, scanners, routeurs, bornes Wi-Fi, switchs, pare-feux, baies, armoires, panneaux de brassage
  • Installation de matériel informatique et réseau
  • Support des réseaux sur instruction d'un technicien N3 ou du Service Desk
  • Traitement des tickets selon les exigences du client
  • Application des processus ITIL (incidents, changements, problèmes, demandes de service)
  • Gestion du stock de pièces détachées et du stock tampon
  • Encadrement ponctuel et appui aux techniciens de niveau 1
  • Manutention de matériel informatique jusqu'à environ 23 kg

Profil recherché

  • Anglais courant
  • Dépannage matériel, logiciel et OS (Windows)
  • Antivirus / anti-spyware
  • Notions réseau : LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP, Wi-Fi
  • Connaissance des processus ITIL
  • Esprit d'analyse et raisonnement déductif pour le diagnostic
  • Bonne communication écrite et orale avec les utilisateurs et le management, bon relationnel
  • Autonomie, respect des délais
  • Diplôme souhaité : Bac+2 en électronique (type BTS/DUT) et certification CompTIA A+ (préférence client, non bloquante)
  • Appréciés : Active Directory, support des tablettes, déploiement de logiciels et d'OS via outils dédiés
