Deine Aufgaben

Wir bauen die Software, mit der Mieterstromprojekte laufen: Zählerdaten rein, Abrechnung raus, und alles dazwischen. Das Core Team verantwortet das Betreiberportal, das Produkt, auf dem der laufende Betrieb unserer Kunden steht.

Technisch: Python mit Django und Django Ninja im Backend, React mit TypeScript im Frontend, PostgreSQL mit TimescaleDB für Millionen von Messwerten. Alles in einem Monorepo, mit Reviews, Tests, CI/CD und einer eigenen Review-Umgebung für jeden Merge Request. Deployed wird auf Kubernetes, per GitOps mit ArgoCD.

Wir arbeiten mit KI-Coding-Assistenten als festen Teil des Workflows. Nicht als Spielzeug, sondern als Werkzeug mit klaren Regeln: Du entscheidest, was du delegierst, und du verantwortest, was gemergt wird.

  • Du übernimmst einen fachlichen Bereich, zum Beispiel Metering oder Abrechnung, und wirst dort die Person, die es versteht
  • Du baust Features end-to-end: Datenmodell, API, UI, Deployment
  • Du modellierst Daten in PostgreSQL und optimierst Abfragen auf Zeitreihen, die täglich wachsen
  • Du arbeitest direkt mit Product, Design und Support. Kein Ticket-Übersetzer dazwischen
  • Du verbesserst die Codebasis, in der du arbeitest: entkoppeln, vereinfachen, Tests nachziehen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Web-Anwendungen in Produktion, idealerweise mit Django und React
  • Du denkst in Datenmodellen und Fachlogik, nicht nur in Frameworks. Was ein Messkonzept ist oder warum eine Abrechnung blockiert, willst du wirklich verstehen
  • Du schreibst Code, den andere in einem Jahr noch lesen können, und du testest, was du baust
  • Du nutzt KI-Assistenten und weißt, dass ihr Output ein Vorschlag ist. Du liest, verstehst und prüfst, bevor du übernimmst
  • Du willst einen Bereich verantworten, nicht Tickets abarbeiten
  • Deutsch mindestens auf B2-Niveau, weil Fachlichkeit und Kunden deutsch sind
