About ROOST

ROOST Apartment Hotel reimagines the temporary living experience by combining the comfort and flexibility of a fully furnished apartment with the service and hospitality of a boutique hotel. Our thoughtfully designed spaces are created to help guests and residents feel at home while connecting with the neighborhood and experiencing something new throughout their stay.

The Role

ROOST Tampa is seeking an energetic, engaging, and hospitality-driven Lifestyle Concierge to join our team. The Lifestyle Concierge is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests and residents while supporting lifestyle programming and service throughout our amenity spaces.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, anticipates guest needs, and brings creativity and enthusiasm to every interaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Warmly welcome guests and residents and create a thoughtful, personalized experience throughout their stay.
  • Provide gracious and professional guest service across ROOST Tampa’s amenity spaces and lifestyle programming.
  • Build genuine connections with guests and residents while helping foster a welcoming sense of community.
  • Assist with the execution of lifestyle programming and guest experiences.
  • Respond to guest questions and requests with creativity, resourcefulness, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the property, amenities, programming, and surrounding neighborhood.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure a seamless guest and resident experience.
  • Remain flexible and responsive in a fast-paced hospitality environment while managing multiple priorities.

  • Bright, engaging, and passionate about making meaningful connections with others.
  • Naturally warm and welcoming and energized by creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Self-sufficient, resourceful, and comfortable developing creative solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Computer savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work thoughtfully and professionally with guests, residents, coworkers, and management.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
