Cosa aspettarsi in Méthode:

Cosa aspettarsi dalla posizione:

  • Guidare la progettazione di soluzioni CPM in linea con le best practice e le esigenze del business.
  • Sviluppare soluzioni di CPM, con Board, SAC Planning e Power BI, per la pianificazione aziendale, bilancio consolidato ed ESG.
  • Collaborare con Leader di team tecnici, funzionali e commerciali per garantire una delivery efficace del progetto.
  • Coordinare le comunicazioni con gli stakeholder e gestire la relazione con il cliente.
  • Guidare la crescita del team e delle figure professionali che lo compongono.

Cosa Cerchiamo:

  • Esperienza in attività di Controlling, preferibilmente in almeno alcune delle seguenti aree: reportistica di bilancio (possibilmente IFRS), bilancio consolidato, ESG e pianificazione aziendale.
  • Familiarità con concetti di Data Visualization, progettazione e sviluppo di report e dashboard.
  • Conoscenza di tool quali, ad esempio, Board, Power BI, SAC Planning.
  • Esperienza nella valutazione e analisi dei requisiti, e nella comunicazione dei risultati agli stakeholder.
  • Capacità di comprendere problemi di business e proporre possibili soluzioni analitico/funzionali.
  • Attitudine alla leadership, al team building e allo sviluppo dei propri collaboratori gestendo processi di feedback, valutazione e definizione di piani di crescita
