O Motorista de Serviço Público é responsável pela condução dos veículos de transporte de passageiros, pela prestação de informação aos utentes e pela verificação do bom estado de conservação das viaturas. Principais atividades/funções: • Conduzir veículos automóveis pesados de passageiros e quaisquer outros veículos para os quais esteja habilitado. • Zelar pelo correto estado de conservação e funcionamento das viaturas e respetivos equipamentos. • Garantir a posse e atualização dos documentos legais necessários à prestação de serviços de transporte. • Proceder à verificação dos elementos essenciais ao funcionamento do veículo e ao estado de limpeza da viatura. • Assegurar o carregamento das baterias da viatura atribuída. • Registar diariamente os tempos de trabalho e descanso de acordo com os normativos aplicáveis. • Em caso de avaria ou acidente, adotar as providências definidas e recolher os elementos necessários para a correta apreciação da ocorrência. • Comunicar de imediato quaisquer anomalias detetadas na execução dos serviços. • Prestar assistência aos passageiros quando solicitado. Requisitos Requisitos obrigatórios: • Habilitações mínimas: escolaridade obrigatória correspondente à idade do candidato, de acordo com o regime legal em vigor, preferencialmente com o 9.º ano de escolaridade completo. • Conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador. • Carta de condução de veículos pesados de passageiros, categoria D. • Certificado de Aptidão para Motorista (CAM), averbado na carta de condução. • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de escalas/turnos. Fatores de valorização: • Experiência em empresas de transporte público de passageiros. • Formação complementar nas áreas da logística ou transportes. • Residência na área abrangida pelo Sistema de Mobilidade do Mondego. • Conhecimentos de inglês. Competências comportamentais: • Orientação para o serviço público. • Organização e método de trabalho. • Trabalho de equipa e cooperação. • Relacionamento interpessoal. • Adaptação e melhoria contínua. • Responsabilidade e compromisso com o serviço. • Responsabilidade e compromisso com o serviço. • Orientação para a segurança. Documentação Obrigatória para Candidatura: • Curriculum Vitae atualizado e detalhado. • Cópia do certificado de habilitações. • Cópia dos certificados de formação referidos no CV. • Certificado de Registo Criminal. Remuneração base: Nível I da tabela salarial em vigor para a Carreira de Motorista de Serviço Público , prevista no Acordo de Empresa entre a Metro-Mondego, SA e o STRUP – Sindicato dos Trabalhadores de Transportes Rodoviários e Urbanos de Portugal, publicado no Boletim do Trabalho e Emprego n.º 18, de 15 de maio de 2026, acrescida dos suplementos legal ou convencionalmente devidos, quando aplicável.
