Dann ist eine Ausbildung zum Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d) vielleicht genau das Richtige für Dich!

Aufgaben

Die Inhalte dieses anerkannten Ausbildungsberufs werden Dir in einer (Regel-) Ausbildungsdauer von 3,5 Jahren im dualen System vermittelt. Sie umfassen die

  • Fachausbildung begleitend im laufenden Betrieb
  • Grundlagen der manuellen und maschinellen Werkstoffbearbeitung
  • Grundlagen Stahl- und Metallbau
  • Grundlagen Schweißtechnik
  • Grundlagen Feinblechbau und Ausrüstungstechnik

Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d) fertigen und montieren Bauteile, Baugruppen und Stahlkonstruktionen aus Blechen, Rohren und Profilen. Anhand vorgegebener Zeichnungen stellen sie u.a. passgenaue Metallteile und Baugruppen her und schweißen, löten oder nieten einzelne Bauteile zu unterschiedlich großen Baugruppen zusammen.

Je nach Interesse und Neigung sind weitere Karriereschritte möglich wie etwa Schweißfachprüfungen nach DIN-ISO 9606-1, Weiterbildungen zum Meister (m/w/d) und Techniker (m/w/d) oder auch zum Europäischen / Internationalen Schweißfachmann (m/w/d).

Profil

  • Qualifizierter Haupt- oder Realschulabschluss
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Mathematik, Physik und technisches Verständnis
  • Räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen und Vorausschauendes Denken
  • Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationstalent, selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie im Team
  • Freude an der Arbeit nach vorgegebenen Plänen und im Umgang mit Maschinen
  • Du solltest ein gewisses Maß an Muskelkraft und eine gute körperliche Konstitution aufbringen können, die für die Bearbeitung größerer Metallteile und die Bedienung schwerer Maschinen erforderlich ist
