Wir suchen Sie zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.

Aufgaben

  • Leitung von Montagebaustellen im verfahrenstechnischen Anlagenbau.
  • Koordination und Überwachung aller Tätigkeiten der Projekte incl. Berichtswesen (Montage-Arbeitsschritte, Material, Personal, Projektfortschritt).
  • Vertrieb, Neukundenakquise und Kundenbetreuung in Bezug auf Montageleistungen.
  • Erstellung von Angeboten bis zur Auftragserteilung.
  • Sicherstellung der Termine, Kosten, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit.
  • Stellenausschreibungen sowie europaweite Personalsuche.
  • Führung des Montagepersonals und Koordination der Montageeinsätze.
  • Personaleinsatzplanung der Monteure (m/w/d) und Leiharbeitnehmer(m/w/d) auf den Baustellen.

Profil

  • Technische Berufsausbildung und idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder technisches Studium.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Aufgabe wünschenswert.
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Führung von Personal, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Einsatzplanung.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit & Arbeitsschutzrichtlinien sowie Qualitätsstandards.
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Belastbare Erfahrung im Schnittstellenmanagement interne Organisation und Kunde sowie Vertrieb und Kundenbetreuung.
  • Erfahrung in der Schweißtechnik, in Schweißverfahren von Vorteil.
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft deutschlandweit sowie in die angrenzenden europäischen Staaten.
