GERWIN, a METZEN brand, ist seit über 45 Jahren spezialisiert auf Anlagenbau und Komponenten für die Schüttgutindustrie. Mit rund 140 Mitarbeitenden realisiert GERWIN europaweit Komplettlösungen für Schotterwerke, Transportbeton-, Asphalt- und Recyclinganlagen – inklusive Planung, Fertigung, Montage und Service. Der Standort Beckum verfügt über eigene Konstruktion, Logistik und Montageteams und ist damit bestens aufgestellt für die präzise und termingerechte Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Projekte. GERWIN ist Teil der METZEN-Gruppe mit insgesamt rund 400 Mitarbeitenden.

Aufgaben

  • Anfertigung prüffähiger statischer Berechnungen für Stahl- und Stahlbetonkonstruktionen im Anlagenbau
  • Entwicklung wirtschaftlicher und technisch optimierter Tragwerkslösungen
  • Erstellung von Tragwerkskonzepten in enger Abstimmung mit Konstruktion, Projektleitung und angrenzenden Fachbereichen
  • Technische Klärung mit gewerkeübergreifenden Fachabteilungen sowie externen Ingenieurbüros
  • Unterstützung der Projektabwicklung sowie der Umsetzung in Fertigung und Montage
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Systemdetails, Standards und internen Konstruktionsrichtlinien

Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen (Master, Diplom oder vergleichbar), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt konstruktiver Ingenieurbau
  • Erfahrung in der Tragwerksplanung und statischen Berechnung im Stahl- und Anlagenbau von Vorteil – Berufseinsteiger (m/w/d) mit entsprechender Qualifikation sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit aktuellen Bau- und Bemessungsnormen sowie baustoffübergreifendes Fachwissen
  • Kenntnisse in CAD sowie im Umgang mit technischen Vorschriften und Richtlinien
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in ERP-Systemen
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
