Aufgaben

  • Fertigung mechanischer Bauteile, Baugruppen, Stahl- und Schweißkonstruktionen nach Konstruktionszeichnungen und technischen Fertigungsunterlagen.
  • Berufsübliche Tätigkeiten in der Metallverarbeitung (Zuschnitt, Bearbeitung, Schweißen, Schleifen).
  • Fachgerechte Ausführung von Schweißarbeiten, Kontrolle von Schweißnähten, Dokumentation.
  • Montage und Anpassung gefertigter Bauteile/Baugruppen (überwiegend in Werkstatt / Fertigungshalle).
  • Allgemeine Schlosserarbeiten, Wartung und Pflege von Maschinen.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich als Schlosser (m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d), Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar.
  • Berufserfahrung im Metallbau bzw. Anlagen- und Stahlbau.
  • Gute schweißtechnische Kenntnisse.
  • Maßgenauigkeit und Präzision in der Arbeit nach Zeichnung und nach Qualitätsvorgaben.
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise und Zuverlässigkeit.
  • Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit.
