Willkommen bei METZEN!

Das Klärwerk aus deiner Heimat arbeitet vielleicht mit METZEN zusammen. Wir führen unter anderem die Sanierung von Räumern durch. Außerdem planen und fertigen wir die Teile für Kläranlagen der Kommunen, Abwasserverbände und Industrie in Deutschland. Alles wird nach den individuellen Anforderungen unserer Kunden hergestellt. Da die Nachfrage nach unser Leistungskompetenz steigt, suchen wir dich zur Verstärkung.

Aufgaben

  • Kunden: Du betreust unsere Bestandskunden und bist für die Gewinnung neuer Geschäftspartner im Bereich Klärwerkstechnik zuständig
  • Analyse: Du klärst den Bedarf unserer Kunden, indem du dir vor Ort einen Überblick verschaffst und den aktuellen Bestand aufnimmst
  • Problemlösung und Umsetzung: Du entwickelst eine Lösung und setzt sie anschließend vor Ort beim Kunden um, indem du zum Beispiel Ersatzteile austauscht oder eine Anlage sanierst

Profil

  • Qualifikation: Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Aufgabe, wie zum Beispiel in der Konstruktion oder Montage
  • Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und verhandlungssichere Deutsch-Kenntnisse (mind. C1)
  • Reisebereitschaft: Da du dir einen Überblick über die örtlichen Gegebenheiten bei den Kunden verschaffst, nimmst du regelmäßig Präsenztermine in Deutschland wahr und hast somit eine ausgeprägtere Reisebereitschaft
  • Deine Stärken: Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative, analytische Fähigkeiten, Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit
  • Deine Arbeitsweise: Selbstständig und strukturiert
