Du bist ein Profi im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung? Wachse mit uns! METZEN fertigt als qualifizierter Systempartner der Industrie abnahme- und dokumentationspflichtige Schweißkonstruktionen, Behälter und Apparate aus Leichtmetall (Aluminium-Legierungen) und Edelstahl (Chrom-Nickel-Stähle) sowie Baustahl und Feinkornbaustählen – immer exakt auf die individuellen Anforderungen des Kunden zugeschnitten. Wenn`s drauf ankommt

Aufgaben

  • Qualitätsprüfungen in der Einzel- und Kleinserienfertigung selbständig durchführen
  • Präventive Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen und interne Audits vornehmen
  • Dimensionsprüfungen mit konventionellen und 3D-Messgeräten (Messarm; Messmaschine)
  • Freigabe-, End- und Erstmusterprüfungen durchführen
  • Erstellen und Aufbereiten von Dokumentationen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Metallsektor mit schweißtechnischem Hintergrund
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfwerkzeugen
  • Erfahrung in der Werkstoffprüfung ZFP
  • Verantwortungsvolle und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • EDV-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook)
