Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Chihuahua

Empresa internacional del sector industrial busca integrar a su equipo un Area Sales Manager (ASM) para desarrollar y atender oportunidades comerciales en el estado de Chihuahua.

Objetivo del puesto

Desarrollar y consolidar las ventas de maquinaria CNC y soluciones de manufactura dentro del territorio asignado, identificando oportunidades de negocio, fortaleciendo relaciones comerciales con clientes y dando seguimiento a los proyectos desde la prospección hasta el cierre.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el estado de Chihuahua.
  • Realizar prospección comercial en empresas del sector industrial y manufacturero.
  • Identificar necesidades de los clientes y proponer soluciones comerciales.
  • Realizar visitas a clientes y prospectos en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Camargo y otras zonas del estado.
  • Establecer y fortalecer relaciones comerciales con diferentes niveles de las organizaciones.
  • Presentar soluciones de maquinaria y tecnología de manufactura de acuerdo con las necesidades de cada cliente.
  • Elaborar y dar seguimiento a cotizaciones y propuestas comerciales.
  • Gestionar el proceso comercial completo, desde la prospección hasta el cierre.
  • Administrar y mantener actualizado el pipeline de ventas.
  • Dar seguimiento a proyectos comerciales de ciclo largo.
  • Coordinar actividades con las áreas técnicas, de aplicaciones, servicio y administración para brindar una atención adecuada al cliente.
  • Cumplir con los objetivos comerciales establecidos.
  • Participar en capacitaciones y visitas a instalaciones de la empresa en México y otros países.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería concluida en áreas comerciales, administración, ingeniería, negocios o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en ventas B2B, ventas industriales, ventas consultivas o desarrollo de negocios.
  • Experiencia en prospección, negociación y cierre de ventas.
  • Orientación a resultados y seguimiento de objetivos comerciales.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y desarrollo de relaciones comerciales.
  • Capacidad para interactuar con diferentes niveles dentro de una organización.
  • Inglés avanzado, debido a la interacción y comunicación con equipos internacionales.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes de trabajo dentro del estado de Chihuahua y a nivel nacional.
  • Disponibilidad para participar en viajes de capacitación en el extranjero.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente y disponibilidad para trasladarse dentro del territorio asignado.
  • No se requiere experiencia técnica previa en maquinaria CNC. La empresa proporcionará capacitación técnica sobre sus productos y soluciones.

La posición tendrá cobertura comercial en el estado de Chihuahua, incluyendo Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua capital, Camargo y otras zonas industriales.
