Principales responsabilidades

  • Administrar y controlar las operaciones del almacén de refacciones y materiales MRO.
  • Gestionar inventarios de más de 3,000 números de parte/SKUs.
  • Administrar inventarios con valor superior a USD $10 millones.
  • Asegurar la disponibilidad física y en sistema de los materiales.
  • Gestionar la recepción, almacenamiento, entrega y control de materiales.
  • Administrar materiales de diferentes características y niveles de valor, desde tornillería, consumibles y refacciones hasta equipos y componentes industriales de mayor tamaño.
  • Gestionar máximos y mínimos de inventario.
  • Clasificar y administrar materiales de acuerdo con su criticidad y tipo, incluyendo categorías A, B, C y materiales spot.
  • Supervisar y dar seguimiento a conteos cíclicos y exactitud de inventarios.
  • Gestionar materiales reparables y de alto valor.
  • Diseñar y mejorar flujos para la recepción, resguardo, reparación y entrega de materiales.
  • Administrar la codificación y creación de materiales en SAP.
  • Fungir como Key User de SAP para las operaciones del almacén.
  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución de movimientos y operaciones de almacén dentro de SAP.
  • Gestionar inventarios obsoletos y proponer acciones para su control.
  • Supervisar los flujos inbound y outbound.
  • Asegurar el suministro oportuno de materiales a las áreas productivas y clientes internos.
  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de trabajo del almacén.
  • Administrar recursos, cargas de trabajo y actividades del área.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño y establecer acciones de mejora.
  • Elaborar reportes periódicos para la gerencia y dirección.
  • Coordinar y atender auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con el almacén.
  • Analizar desviaciones y desarrollar acciones correctivas/preventivas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua y optimización de costos.
  • Trabajar en coordinación con Supply Chain, Mantenimiento, Producción y otras áreas involucradas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y procedimientos internos.

La posición será responsable de dar seguimiento, entre otros, a indicadores como:

  • Stock level
  • Stock outs
  • Fill rate
  • On Time Delivery
  • Receive On Time
  • Cumplimiento de inventarios cíclicos
  • Exactitud de inventario
  • Lead time de reparaciones
  • Rotación de inventario
  • Niveles de servicio

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Supply Chain, Administración o carrera afín.
  • 5 a 8 años de experiencia en posiciones similares dentro de almacenes, inventarios, logística o materiales.
  • Experiencia comprobable administrando 3,000+ SKUs / números de parte.
  • Experiencia administrando inventarios de USD $10 millones o superiores.
  • Experiencia en empresas industriales o de manufactura.
  • Experiencia en almacenes MRO / refacciones industriales altamente deseable.
  • Experiencia con materiales de mantenimiento, refacciones, consumibles y/o equipos industriales.
  • Experiencia administrando materiales reparables y de alto valor.
  • Manejo de máximos y mínimos, clasificación ABC, conteos cíclicos y control de stock.
  • Experiencia utilizando SAP para operaciones de almacén e inventarios.
  • Experiencia como usuario clave de SAP será considerada un plus.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.
  • Manejo de indicadores y elaboración de reportes.
  • Inglés intermedio, con capacidad para comunicarse en situaciones laborales.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
