The posting

Empresa dedicada a la fabricación de Neumáticos se encuentra en búsqueda de un supervisor de producción con enfoque al área de mezclado.

Requisitos del puesto

Escolaridad: Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Química o afín. Experiencia mínima: 3 a 5 años en supervisión de producción, preferentemente en la industria automotriz, manufactura de neumáticos en el área de mezclado o afín. Disponibilidad para rolar turnos. (6*12)

Conocimientos en:

Procesos de manufactura y control de calidad. Sistemas de gestión de producción (SAP, MES o similares). Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, SMED. Seguridad industrial y normativas ambientales. Conocimientos en administración y control de presupuestos.

Habilidades:

Liderazgo y gestión de equipos. Toma de decisiones bajo presión. Comunicación efectiva y orientación a resultados. Capacidad de análisis y solución de problemas. Idioma: Inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable, por interacción con corporativo).

Responsabilidades principales

Coordinar y supervisar las operaciones diarias de producción en su turno, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas de volumen, calidad y tiempos establecidos. Garantizar la correcta aplicación de estándares de seguridad, medio ambiente y normativas internas. Monitorear el desempeño de los equipos y líneas de producción, identificando oportunidades de mejora y reduciendo tiempos de paro. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los programas de mantenimiento preventivo en coordinación con el área de mantenimiento. Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al personal a su cargo, promoviendo la cultura de trabajo en equipo y mejora continua. Dar seguimiento a indicadores de gestión (KPIs) como eficiencia, desperdicio, scrap, OEE y productividad. Participar en proyectos de mejora continua bajo metodologías como Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen o Six Sigma. Gestionar la capacitación técnica del personal para fortalecer las competencias de la planta. Reportar de manera clara y oportuna el estado de la producción a la gerencia.
