The posting

Your duties as a Regional Sales Director include but are not limited to the following:

•Lead regional market expansion and enhance the company’s influence in alignment with corporate strategy.

•Establish and strengthen partnerships with government agencies, research universities, medical institutions, and industry KOLs.

•Oversee market research, competitive intelligence, and trend analysis to guide strategic decision-making.

•Define and execute tailored go-to-market strategies and promotional plans based on regional characteristics.

•Direct and deliver high-impact projects, including national genome sequencing initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes.

•Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and distributors to maximize revenue growth and market share.

•Represent the company at key industry events and forums to build visibility, credibility, and long-term partnerships.

•Provide leadership to the regional sales team and collaborate with headquarters and cross-functional teams to achieve corporate objectives.

The successful candidates for this position are able to demonstrate:

•Master’s degree or above in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Genetics, Bioinformatics, or related life science fields.

•In-depth knowledge of NGS, genomics applications, and strong familiarity with gene sequencers and related markets.

•At least 8 years of proven sales or business development experience in medical devices, laboratory equipment and consumables, or genomics-related instruments.

•Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and major market players, with ability to effectively position the company’s products.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders, including government, hospitals, laboratories, and research institutions.

•Self-motivated, adaptable, able to manage pressure, and willing to travel frequently to drive business growth and project execution.
