Brief Overview of Job Description: We are looking for proactive and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our client, a global leader in concrete and construction machinery solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across your assigned territory, expanding market penetration, and building strong customer relationships. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in the construction or manufacturing industry who are eager to contribute to a high-growth organization.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify high-potential customer segments and execute targeted sales strategies.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments to maintain cash flow.
  • Offer tailored solutions by understanding customer needs through market visits.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate inquiries and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit timely MIS reports, providing insights on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and team to foster a collaborative sales culture.
  • Continuously suggest process improvements based on customer feedback and market analysis.

Education:

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Work Experience:

3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
